Quick picks

From manufacturer specs

  1. 01 · 180 miles named as dual

    Engwe M20 3.0 Dual Battery

Dual battery $1,699, 2,400Wh, and a spec line of 180 miles at PAS 1 for the two-battery version. 750W rated, 3,300W peak, 120 Nm, 102 lb. In stock. It is moped-style.

Best for: You want the mile sentence that says two batteries, and a watt-hour figure for that pack, and a moped-style bike is acceptable.

Skip it if: You wanted the $1,399 single battery. That price does not include the 180 mile line. A 40 mph off-road line is also the wrong street plan.

    $1,699$1,999

  2. 02 · Cargo mid-drive, 1,620Wh

    Fiido T3 Max Dual Battery

Dual battery $2,999, 250W mid-drive, 100 Nm, 1,620Wh, 199.16 miles on the performance block. Payload is 440.9 lb, split 264.6 and 176.4. Weight is blank. In stock.

Best for: You want a longtail mid-drive and the pack the page labels as the dual battery.

Skip it if: You need one bike weight. The spec list says 80.0 lb and an FAQ says 74.1 lb. The cart's 320 km label is not the mile cell.

    $2,999

  3. 03 · Cheaper dual, range blank

    Engwe M20 2.0 Dual Battery

Dual battery $1,199 and 99.8 lb, in stock. 750W and 1,200W peak, 75 Nm. Watt-hours are not printed. Range is blank because the spec block and the headline disagree.

Best for: You want the lower dual-battery price and you will not plan a route until the page picks one mile number.

Skip it if: You need a watt-hour figure, a payload, or a single range. This page does not print the first two, and the mile lines disagree.

  4. 04 · Same bike, one battery

    Fiido T3 Max

Standard battery $2,299, 648Wh, 76.57 miles on the comparison table. The dual pack is the other variant. This row is the one-battery price.

Best for: You want the T3 Max and you are checking that $2,299 is not the 1,620Wh bike.

Skip it if: You came for two batteries. This price is the 648Wh pack. The dual row is the other cart option.

    $2,299

View at Fiido (opens in a new tab)

A dual-battery listing is two prices. The mile number has to name which price it belongs to. A headline that says "plus" a second pack is not the single-battery bike, and a graphic that says "90 miles plus" is not a settled route.

This best dual-battery electric bike shortlist uses Engwe and Fiido pages checked November 2, 2026. At time of writing, in November 2026, the spec block that names 180 miles as the two-battery version is the Engwe M20 3.0 dual battery. The Fiido T3 Max dual battery prints 1,620Wh and 199.16 miles. The M20 2.0 dual battery is the cheaper row with a blank range. The T3 Max standard battery is in the table so $2,299 is not mistaken for the dual pack. We have not ridden them.

The single-battery M20, including the 40 mph off-road line, is the moped-style guide. The T3 Max rack split is the cargo guide. A longtail that publishes a rider cap on a dual pack is the Lectric row in the heavy-rider guide. The dual battery hub is this page.

What the battery line has to name

The pack the price buys. The M20 3.0 single battery was $1,399 and the dual was $1,699. The M20 2.0 single was $999 and the dual was $1,199. The T3 Max standard was $2,299 and the dual was $2,999. Each of those is a variant, not a footnote you can paste onto the cheaper one.

Watt-hours for that pack, if the page prints them. The M20 3.0 spec block prints 1,200Wh for one pack and 2,400Wh for two. The T3 Max performance block prints 648Wh and 1,620Wh. The M20 2.0 prints 52V 15.6Ah and does not print watt-hours. We did not multiply voltage by amp-hours.

A mile sentence that says which pack. The M20 3.0 spec block says the two-battery version is 180 miles at PAS mode 1. The T3 Max performance block says 199.16 miles for the dual battery and 76.57 for the standard. The M20 2.0 spec block and headline do not agree, so that range cell is blank.

Engwe M20 3.0 dual battery

The Engwe M20 3.0 (opens in a new tab) dual battery was $1,699, from $1,999, and in stock. The single battery on the same page was $1,399. This row is the dual battery.

The spec block says 750W rated and 3,300W peak on a hub motor, 120 Nm, and 2,400Wh (60V 40Ah) for the dual pack. The two-battery version is 180 miles at PAS mode 1. A graphic also says 90 miles plus. The dual cell uses the labeled sentence, not the graphic. The single-battery range stays blank in the moped guide. Payload is 330 pounds. Weight is 102 pounds and is not split by battery count. Rider height is 5 feet 3 inches to 6 feet 8 inches. Suspension is 100 mm front and 55 mm rear. Tires are 20 by 4.0 inch. A footnote says the factory default top speed is 20 mph. The max-speed line says 40 mph in off-road mode. A class number is not printed.

Fiido T3 Max dual battery

The Fiido T3 Max (opens in a new tab) dual battery was $2,999 and in stock. No compare-at price was on that variant. The performance block says a 250W mid-drive, 100 Nm, 1,620Wh, and 199.16 miles for the dual battery. The cart label says 320 km. The cell uses 199.16 miles. Payload is 440.9 pounds, split 264.6 on the saddle and 176.4 on the rear rack.

Weight is blank. The spec list on the standard row says 80.0 pounds. An FAQ says 74.1 pounds with the battery. Tire size, rider height, and tooth counts were not re-copied onto this dual row. The cargo guide's standard row still has the October 19 gear line: 9-speed, 40 tooth, 11–32. A mid-drive can use that gear. This pass did not put those teeth into the dual cell.

Engwe M20 2.0 dual battery

The Engwe M20 2.0 (opens in a new tab) dual battery was $1,199, from $1,699, and in stock. The single battery was $999 and weighs 88.6 pounds. This row is the dual battery, 99.8 pounds.

The spec block says 750W and 1,200W peak, 75 Nm, and 20 by 4.0 inch tires. The packs are 52V 15.6Ah. Watt-hours are not printed. Range is blank. The spec block says 63 miles on the throttle and 162 miles in PAS mode 1 for the two-battery version. The headline says 80 miles plus 80 miles. Comfort copy says a 50 mm front fork and a 40 mm rear shock. Payload and rider height are not printed. Max speed is 28 mph in assist mode. A class number is not printed.

Fiido T3 Max standard battery

The Fiido T3 Max (opens in a new tab) standard battery was $2,299 and in stock. That is the 648Wh pack. The comparison table says 76.57 miles, or 199.16 miles with the dual battery. The 199.16 figure belongs to the $2,999 row above, not to this price. The cargo guide uses this standard row for the rack split. It is here so the two prices stay apart.

How to choose without a test ride

If the page has to say "two-battery" on the mile line, and you can live with a moped-style bike, the M20 3.0 dual is the row. If you want a longtail mid-drive and the labeled dual pack, the T3 Max at $2,999 is the row, with no single weight. If you want the cheaper Engwe dual and you will not plan miles, the M20 2.0 dual is the row. If the cart says $2,299, you are buying one T3 Max battery.

The L16 dual-battery price moved after the under-$1,000 guide. This page does not rebuild that row. Tenways US models in the other guides do not list a second battery.

Accessories

A second battery does not replace a helmet, lights, or a lock. We have not tested these on these bikes.

What we are not saying

Four rows, two of them the same T3 Max page at two prices. We are not ranking by commission. The M20 3.0 dual is first because the spec block names the battery count on the mile sentence and prints watt-hours for that pack. The T3 Max dual is the bicycle-shaped mid-drive. The M20 2.0 dual is the blank range. The $2,299 T3 Max is the control, so the cheaper price is not given the longer claim.

Every number in the table comes from one of these manufacturer pages. Retailer and review sites were not used as spec sources.

Questions

Does 180 miles apply to the $1,399 M20 3.0?

No. On November 2, 2026 the spec block attaches 180 miles at PAS mode 1 to the two-battery version, and it prints 2,400Wh for that dual pack. The single battery is $1,399 and 1,200Wh. A graphic also says 90 miles plus, so the single-battery range cell stays blank. The dual row uses the labeled 180 mile sentence.

Why is the M20 2.0 dual range blank?

The spec block says the two-battery version is 63 miles on the throttle and 162 miles in PAS mode 1. The headline says 80 miles plus 80 miles. Those are not one claim. Watt-hours are not printed for the 52V 15.6Ah packs. The dual-battery weight, 99.8 lb, is printed and is in the table.

Is the T3 Max at $2,299 the dual battery?

No. $2,299 is the standard pack, 648Wh, with 76.57 miles on the comparison table. $2,999 is the dual battery, 1,620Wh, with 199.16 miles on the performance block. The cart labels those packs 123 km and 320 km. The table uses the mile figures, not a conversion of the cart label.

Were these bikes test ridden?

No. The eBike Research team has not ridden them. Battery count, watt-hours, and the mile sentence are from Engwe and Fiido pages on November 2, 2026. Tenways US listings we checked do not sell a second battery on these models.
