Apartment fit is what the bike weighs on a staircase and how small it gets. That guide is not written yet.

The folding guide is coming. None of the bikes in the current guides is a compact folder. The Lectric XPedition 2.0 publishes folded dimensions, but it is a longtail cargo bike, not an apartment folder.
